We strive to ensure that our customers receive our amazing products in excellent condition, however if you have received a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, please return the item within 3 days of delivery to receive a refund. Any purchased made via hoolah payment gateway are not eligible for change of mind refund or returns. Email us at hello@luxsoie.com and we will get back to you asap!

You must use a trackable shipping method because we cannot be held responsible if your incoming returned item goes missing. The goods strictly must be unused and must be in their original condition. Please ensure they are in their original packaging. The standard shipping fee will be charged for your replacement item, the price will vary depending on your location. For refund items due to change of mind, only product price will be refunded minus the shipping cost. The shipping cost to return the item shall be borne by the customer. For refund items due to product faulty, return cost will be reimbursed when original receipt of the shipping cost is provided by the customer. However, if the product returned were found to be fine and have no defect, we will charged the shipping cost to return the product back to the customer.
